Humans are not illegal, its the actions of certain ones (criminals) that are illegal. People (criminals) are put in jail as a result of certain illegal actions, not because they are human.

They do put illegal residents in jail. Besides, who else is gonna serve us cheeseburgers? We're paying more for these guys to be in jail than it would be to let them make tacos or flip burgers. Oh, and how much is this wall going to cost?

Every country has laws and they are breaking our laws and should be deported, we have had these laws since the early 1900's so all of a sudden we should change them to suit Mexicans, Angela R's answer is illogical, this law is right because we are a Nation and sovereign and have the right to make our own laws, and Mexico and all Natioins have the same laws also, and I dought they would change them, even to suit Angela.

because the way i see it, it is like they were like illegal and then they were not illegal at first.then if they were to like do something and didn't get caught. then it wouldn't be illegal. but if you mean the person is like legal and not illegal then it would be just the opposite, and the person wouldn't be illegal, but instead he would be put in jail anyway which is like totally unfair. whether he is legal or illegal. it just doesn't make sense to me, cause i'm like all confused.

They are not illegal but have done something wrong which is against the law of the country or the humanitarian law and therefore need to be punished.
