I think that they should have been included especially if they have not been convicted of any other major crimes other than being illegal to exclude misdemeanors.

If he develop into deported and for a 10 year lenght of time. What has replaced to make you have faith he can re-enter the rustic legally? He would desire to have finished some concern incorrect contained in the 1st place to be de-ported for that ingredient physique. in basic terms given which you're a citizen would not provide him the superb again back into the rustic. He needs to prepare for the superb to re-enter the rustic. Then abide by potential of those steps set rigidity by potential of the USICS. i think of it truly is going to likely be very uncertain on his returning to this united states legally.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

I don't want ANY illegal immigrants in the USA now to EVER receive amnesty and DEFINITELY NOT any who have already been deported and yet returned AGAIN illegally! This is an example of ignoring our laws and snubbing them not once, but twice, three times, etc. This is NOT an example of people who should be given citizenship or even a "road to citizenship" in the USA.

To be honest, the only way I would personally condone any illegal immigrants to have any kind of a "path to citizenship" would be if we told all illegal immigrants currently in the USA that if you leave NOW, of your own accord and take as much documentation as possible with you in order to prove the time that you were in the USA and what employers you worked for while in the USA and then submitted to ALL the checks such as for medical examination and criminal record and if and only IF they have NEVER used someone else's identification (SSNs or whatever else) and have NEVER had any kind of criminal charge, including DUI or drug charges and have NEVER used social assistance or reneged on charges for medical care, then I might be in agreement with these people now applying through the legal procedures and being given credit as due for these things, because I think only these types of people should be considered as possible candidates for US citizenship. As well, they would have to start paying back taxes as assessed for all the years they were in the USA illegally. Then, anyone who did NOT take this opportunity and were found illegally in the USA, they should be deported to the furthest reaches of their country, as far away from the US border as possible and if they are EVER caught in the USA again illegally, then they should spend a minimum of 5 years in prison before deportation again. As well, when it comes to light with their documentation as to who employed them while they were here illegally, those employers should be fined very heavy duty and charged for all the taxes and deductions they SHOULD have been taking off the illegals paychecks, as well.

These are the ONLY ways I think ANY illegal immigrants should be given any kind of consideration here in the USA!

if they are deported and then became legal citizens what was the point in the first place?if they are in the u.s.a illegally then they are breaking the laws, that is trouble.hell why don't we just open up the borders completely.let em all in.no taxes either are we ready for that. if an illegal alien wants to become a citizen and will join our military to do so, i am all for that.

I think if they try to re-enter illegaly they should be sent further south or some deeper punishment than a free ride back to Mexico. Maybe we can send them to Cuba and they'd have to try by boat next...

I don't think any illegal immigrant should be given amnesty. They are a drain on the rest of us and need to get out. Also, if they are legalized, that will only encourage others to come. They think that if you make it in, you're free to stay.

They cannot be given an amnesty if we follow our own existing laws. First offense of illegal entry is a misdemeanor. All subsequent entries are felonies. This is the law as it stands now.

All offenses after the first are a felony, so you are in essence asking me if I want to legalize a felon? The answer is obviously no.

Deported once, there should be no chance to reenter - legally or otherwise. In twice illegally - send them to Motel Hell.
