i really like this guy and i've liked him almost 9 months. i no it's been a long time. i have no idea if he likes me.one of my friends told him that i liked him and now he's not saying anything to me but is acting shy everytime he's around me but he's not the shy type. he has known this for about 2 months. do u think i should just forget about him??

Don't forget about him, just wait for him, and try to kind of ignore him. You have to play somewhat hard to get. In the meantime, flirt with his friends. That'll get his attention.
When he starts to talk to you, that's when you show that you're interested in him.

Wow! That's a long time! Did you know if he had made you pregnant when you first started liking him, you would have had the baby by now? Well, that's beside the point, I've been in the same situation as you. Sometimes a guy might not be expecting that and onces he finds out, he can't think of you the same way and might not feel comfortable around you anymore. Just move on, there are plenty of other fish in the sea!

Hello, I do not know how well you know him but by your description of him being really shy now that he knows is a good thing. It shows that he does in fact like you as well but is to scared to admit it. He is like most guys scared of being rejected and he is most likely not secure about himself enough to ask you out. He sounds like a sweet guy and a sweet guy is not something that anybody should pass up because in this world there are truly very few guys out there that are truly respectable with todays lack of common morality. If he knows how to make you smile then you should never just up and give up on a person because all that does is shows is personal weakness and how poorly you go after the things that are important to you. granted I dont know you and I wish I did before saying that but the way you asked your question implyed what i said earlier. Dont give up on something or somebody because you do not understand it. Fight for what it is you seek not only in your relationships but in your daily life as well for only in inititive will there be any kind of true success dont always count on ppl coming to you because life does not work that way.

He already knows you like him, so I would just talk to him about it. If he doesn't feel the same, at least you know. Maybe he is just shy about the whole feelings thing. A lot of guys are. Rumors do not guarantee that you really like him. Maybe he's trying to figure it out if they're true. Guys are also usually afraid of rejection.

I wouldnt say to forget about it but dont think about it... i suggest you put this relationship to the side and mean while give ur self and him some time to get your thoughts together.. u know he might like you but He is just Shy like that so Give it some time dont seem Push about the situation act like nothing is going on ...

I think that you should wait until he is alone and talk to him. Just be open and straight forward. Ask him if he would like to hang out with you. Im my experience guys like when girls are open and make the first move. If he says no then at least you will know and you can move on.

I'd clear the air, its awkward because he knows you like him, and you know he knows, but there has been no direct communication between you. The fact that he hasnt said anything, could mean that he isnt into you, or his shyness may be a clue that he is. You wont know untill you bite the bullet and ask. Worse case scenario and he isn't into you, at least you can stop wondering.

The biggest tip to show that a guy likes you is if he acts different around you than he noramlly does. It sounds like this guy likes you, go for it girl!
