That depends on if you're following through or not. Think about it. You wouldn't like to have someone continue making promises to you by getting your hopes up for something, than have that same person say...fooled you...Don't be a tease, guys dump girls that do that and find the ones who follow through. If you're not ready to follow through...don't lead him on.

I have a friend who yells at me every once in a while for turning him on.
Thing is, I'm not trying. I think he's being ridiculous.
We're still good friends, though, so if you're having trouble, it probably depends on the guy. :/
