you definitely should not base where you want to go to college on how many hot guys will be there. your college location decision should be based on the strength of the academic programs they have that interest you, your location desires, extra-curricular activities, and stuff like that.
i have not visited many colleges, but i have been to California State University Long Beach (CSULB) and there are a lotta good looking guys there :D

Last time I checked, college was for learning, not for hot guys. If you are choosing a college based upon hot guys, you shouldn't go!
