Go to a weight and height chart. It should say how many calories you can eat per day to maintain that weight. It's about 12 per pound.

Change up your workouts so that you don't hit a plateau. Always keep an element of cardio in your workout (walking/jogging/swimming/aerobics/yoga). Keep eating low fat, low carb foods. Avoid pop like the plague.

Keep doing what you are doing. It's that easy.. as long as you stay motivated. I say just keep things like you are doing now, but don't forget to reward yourself from time to time to say determined.

Yup...don't go back to your previous lifestyle...eat right, watch your calorie intake, and exercise regularly...if you see a pound or two creep back on, get strict until you get 'em off again...
