Mazda 3 hatchback has side air bags, looks nice and is fully loaded rain sensing wipers, leather, and GPS Nav.
Honda Civic 2dr or 4dr fully loaded around 21,000

I would pick the Mazda 3; I own one and love it. Honda has a good reputation so it’s up to you how you like to drive.

Get the Navigation that you can talk to.

Good Luck!!!

My first car was a 66 mustang. It was very cool. unfortunately I didn't have the money or time to fix a 30 year old car. So I traded it for a saab this brings me to my answer. When we are teenagers we do things that we look back on and regret!! That was one of the car things that I regret (fortunately the guy I traded it with owned an auto body shop and had the ability to fix such a car). But you should not worry about how cool the car is or how safe it is. They can all be very dangerous and expensive. I wouldn't recommend a minivan but would suggest you get a two door car that doesn't make you feel like tony Stewart behind the wheel. Something with a sporty V-6 will do you fine and then if you go to school you won't have to sell it because of gas and insurance.
I hope I don't sound too old fartish but I was there not that long ago.
What about a truck? Girls love guys in trucks. Something about that whole macho guy thing.
