ITALIAN/ITALIANO: how to pronouce LIGURIA, LAZIO???

where do u put the stress, what syllable??? is it lee-goo-REE-ah or lee-GOO-reeahh and for LAZIO is it LAH-zio or lah-ZEE-o??

please help, and maybe share any tips on where to put the stress w/ words ending w/ i + vowel or something?? please help, thx
