There can be non-pentacostal apostolics and non-apostolic pentacostlas, but most pentacostals are Apostolic Pentacostals.
There are, for example, Apostolic Catholics

Most of the apostolic churches do not believe in the trinity and they believe that you have to speak in tongues to be saved.The Pentecostal churches believe in the trinity and also speaking in tongues but it is not a part of ones salvation. I believe the apostolic church to be the devil coming as an angel of light.
