i find sticking your index finger and thumb in and pulling hard works pretty good,

I do a combo of pulling and using trimmers. I pull when just one or two are trying to sneak out. I use my battery trimmer every couple of week to get the stuff that does not grow downward.

Use tweezers, it will hurt like hell at first but you will get use to it.
Don't forget the hairs growing out of yous ears and the extra long eye brow hairs that grows out.

no, but really go get a nose hair trimmer, plucking them is VERY PAINFUL

with one of those small battery opperated hair trimmers. they are used mainly for facial hair.
