Whatever means : Lo que sea.
Not me : Yo no.
Over there : Allá.
If you want to get someone's attention you can say : Listen to me.

Bye.

Whatever = "Como sea" ("howevfer it its") or "Lo que tu digas" ("whatever you say") or "No importa" ("no matter")
Not me = "Yo no"
Over there = "Alla"

To get someone's attntion you say "Oiga" (thats formal for "listen") or "Oye" ("listen" as said to a friend). If you are interrupting you might say, "Perdone .." and then start to talk.

This applies all over the Spanish Speaking Caribbean.
