can any of u a site where i can download some software that can do the same things as photoshop, the only htings i really care about are filters and liquify

i don't know off-hand, but go to www.cnet.com and click on "downloads." They have some digital photography and photo editor prgrams there. Some are free, or offer free trial versions.

one word - GIMP search gimp on google, but watch out, GIMP is free, and if anyone tries to sell it to you, decline the offer.
