I believe that you must have a least a million followers for it to be recognized as a official religion, (but I may be wrong with that.) So when is your First Church of the Jedi Council begin?

They won't let you do it. They won't let you do religious things at school.
But, you need to get franchised and the most widely use franchise is the
Universal Life Church
Costs nothing, although they would like a small donation, even a dollar!
They'll ordaine you. They are a legitimate Tax Exempt Org (however you have to get your own local Tax Exempt status for your own branch)
And then you can practise as you want.

You have to have lots of charisma like Joseph Smith or Jesus or Muhammed. You need good public speaking skills too.

You're not going to hell - you can decide who goes to hell if you're in charge of your religion. :)
I think you probably just need to register with the IRS for tax-exempt status. If you don't get it, just whine and complain until they get sick of listening and give in to what you want.

I wouldn't recommend it, but if you want to see how it's done, study L. Ron Hubbard.

So, you will be starting a cult. Great, another one of those. Do everyone a favor and don't please. We have enough differences already.
