It is best just to ignore answers that are inappropriate, but sometimes it would help to know the nationality of the asker, particularly when it comes to legal stuff, obviously it is unlikely that an American would know about UK benefit system for example or vice versa.
You could word your question politely, such as how do you British do whatever?
Otherwise I think you sound like a petualant child.

I am Canadian, I think, or am I something else. Anyways, I would answer your question, but what is it. Anyways, I wanted to let you know that your attitude about who answers your question really is awful. Anyways, how do you know that I am not Canadian, or English, British, or whatever. Grow up and get off Yahoo Answers if you don't want answers from all interested in answering. We are here to share our knowledge from experience, and we don't sit here and read a question and say " That must be from some different race, I won't answer." And the same is expected from people posting question. If you don't want everyone who may be interested in answering your question to answer, don't ask. Or go to a different website.

Honey, that is too many rules, no one will remember the first one five seconds from now, let alone the rest.. If you want a limited audience, each question will have to say who you want to answer it. And you better check Yahoo rules before you start limiting who can answer.
And, people will answer whether you want them to or not.
Whoops! I wasn't supposed to answer, American here!
And I will remember, next question I ask, to put PNSAGWALO
RNA on it, so you need to remember that, and not answer. It means no south american guy with a lot of rules need answer..Thankyou.

what a totally confusing "non" question..........I think that the only one that can answer you is the Italians........or are they out too....roflol. So if you precede with PNSA or A and I reply with WTF will you tell me to POQ or is it an involentary thing.......roflol
Or maybe you suffer from Terrets and instead of involentary swearing you have involentery car car poo poo dribbling from your frontal oraface (the oraface which is just onder the two holed oraface which is under your eyes, which would be oraface's too if not for your eyeballs which are probably 5 inches from the tip of your head going by the "non" question you have asked.) OH WOW......I MIGHT GET BUSTED AND A COMPLAINT BY THIS ANSWER...WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOO NOW THAT MAKES MORE SENSE THAN WHAT YOU PUT HERE..........ROFLOL...USA IS "A" OK, LOVE THE POMS, LOVE THE CANNUCK CUDDLING MOOSE LOVERS, JUST DONT GO ON YOU MUCH THOUGH.
AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE OI OI OI.......WHOOOO HOOOOOOO

I really don't think you get to decide who answers your questions. If it's that big of a deal, just don't ask them. And do you really think there are enough people reading your one questions to know what PNA will stand for at the beginning of all your questions?!

If you put on something sensible, It wouldn't matter what nationality answers.

Who are you to tell others thay cannot answer your questions?

And as you are probably the ONLY person that wants to use a code for Americans to answer/not answer your questions how are future answerers going to know what your on about anyway!

By the way I'm British. and you don't make any sense to me.

If you don't want Americans to answer your questions why don't you ask them in a different language? Most of us are so arrogant that we think the whole world speaks English so none of us bother to learn another language. Maybe that would help solve your problem, probably wouldn't solve your prejudice though.

I think you should open up your own Q & A section. I don't think you can run Yahoo! Answers the way that you want. People have just as much right to use this site as you do. Just do what I do, ignore what you do not agree with and roll on. This site is supposed to be open to all races, nationalities and so on. Hate to be blunt, but you don't own this site.

Has every person been unnecessarily impolite to you? i've got had the surprising unnecessarily "abrupt" answer, which greatly surprised me each and every time as I in no way recommend to offend every person and in no way realised i replaced into considered stupid. Did it complication you, did you purely shake it off? To be honest, it does complication me (often) as i understand I attempt to not offend every person and consider out to definitely help. i assume I (foolishly) assume to be taken care of a similar way. Do you think of that as mothers we ought to continuously prepare being slightly nicer as a exchange of only coming at someone with insults and stupid comments? i think of it is ridiculous how lots human beings argue, stir, provoke etc, exceedingly in this section as on account that having Lukas i've got been surprised how basic different mom's are to befriend and how lots mom's help one yet another (in the genuine international). of course however, being a mom does not make you at once mature, considerate and friendly... perhaps all human beings is only much less companies to open their mouth whilst they should face the guy, as i've got in no way been spoken to a diverse mom in the way that I see on right here. it is only undeniable unhappy and ruins what must be a talk board of help and help for mothers who want a sprint suggestion. And in case you have / had PPD, did the comments bothers you on the time? I had some weeks the place I cried lots and felt i could not safeguard yet another day. i don't understand whether it replaced into genuine PPD as in no way went to well-being care provider and not so undesirable now! i'm additionally a exceedingly delicate individual often so I study lots into issues and a stupid remark on right here might survive my recommendations for days. (stupid, huh? yet genuine). i assume human beings do think of much less concerning the repercussions of their words as they don't see the guy on the different end. All you particularly get (exceedingly as a often happening time person) are the words of the question and little to not something concerning the guy, their stories, issues, relatives etc so it is in all possibility particularly basic to lash out with no 2d theory. this is a shame, yet i assume with something online, it comes with the territory.
