Wow - the concerns of a 13 year old - goodness.
It depends on height as well. A short little 'thing' with big boobs can be attractive - some boobs are just too big.
You have some growing yet to do, probably in both directions I think.

there was an episode of friends where rachel couldnt find her plane ticket and she was telling the security guard she knew her seat # cuz it was the same as her bra size..i think it was in the C's. and then she said she wouldnt be having this problem (cuz the guy wasnt letting her on) if she were sitting in seat DD

Boob size for me is about you. If you like the size and are not effected badly by them, then they are perfect.
As a man I who has dated allot of women I can tell you that it does not matter what I think. If you are happy the man is happy.
I was married for 13 years to a B cup if she had wanted bigger I would have paid, if she had wanted smaller I would have paid. I married her for her not boobs.

personaly i like about a DD (not kidding) my girlfriends entire famly is very well endowed and she is a DD-DDD depending on the bra and i love it they make great pillows and are fun to play with

hey idk what guys like but im a 34D and 14 and a lot of guys LOVE it. but some guys have told me its too big. i didnt really get that bad remarks when i was a c so your probably a really good size
