If youve ever ran a 20 mile race and you are dying.... of thirst.
Jesus is the living water.
If youve been straded on a desert place, and havent eaten for a month...Jesus is the bread of life.
If you are like the rest of us, and are not perfect, and need the issue of sin in ones life 4given...Jesus is the answer.
You? -LIVE4TRUTH =] GODBLESS YOU AS YOU SEEK THE TRUTH, AND IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER, CONTINUE SO.

An Amish man was quoted last week, " we believe in the hereafter, and therefore the dead are better off then the living."
Salvation is the hereafter, salvation is there for all, not reserved for some. And, "the meek will inherit the earth." And from the old testament, "they will mount up with wings like eagles."
Salvation is the promised land, the mountian top that Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke of. Ever lasting peace, ever lasting love,
that is salvation.

1. Salvation through the sacrifice of Christ redeems us to God. Without that, we are enemies of God and have no hope of spending an eternity with Him.
2. The promises of God give you hope to live in a world like ours.
3. Communication with the Creator of all Things.
4. Joy, peace, security
5. The Spirit of God - To live within you and help you

My salvation completely turned my life around. I would not go back to the old life for all the riches in the world.

It gives me hope I would not have otherwise. I don't have to go through life alone because Jesus walks with me. I don't have worry about my eternal soul because the Lord will watch over it. I fear not those who take the body because they cannot destroy the soul. It already belongs to the Lord! At the end of my life I will not have to say, "is this all there is"? I have a glorious hope in Christ. He has paid for my sins! I am bought and paid for by the blood of the Lamb!

Salvation is originally a military term.It means the rescuing of prisoners. It speaks of my liberation from the false beliefs I had held all of my life;life is meaningless, nothing we do matters,I'm worthless, people are evil by nature,to name just a few.

The truth is it has allowed God to use my life for his purposes. Which gives my life more meaning. My own salvation makes it possible for me to see how much God loves those around me. It has increased my compassion, along with my understanding of the "needs" of the human soul. God is the epicenter of who I am and why I was created. i.e.to worship Him. It has given me grace that is sufficient.

Eternal life in Heaven, and an eternally better life here on Earth.
He lives, He lives,
Christ Jesus lives today.
He walks with me, and talks with me,
along life's narrow way.
He lives,He lives,
salvation to impart.
You ask me how i know He lives...
He lives within my heart.

salvation is the means for a soul to go to heaven. without salvation, the soul will not go to heaven... this is the basic point for all souls to go to heaven.
