You can also right click and click copy. Then in powerpoint type Ctrl + V to paste. Or right click and paste. I prefer to this rather than save a bunch of stuff to my hard drive.

You may want to try www.microsoftoffice.com. Click on clip art and media in the drop down box and type the search key word in to find many pictures and some animations. They also have sounds there.

Usually I right click on the mouse and that pulls up the mini menu options. Click "Save As" and then name your file and where you want to send it. You should send it to "My Pictures" or a USB first and then transfer it to your PowerPoint slides from there.
