Eat healthy. Lean protien, vegetables and good fats at every meal. You should figure out how many cals. you need to be consuming and divide by 6. Eat this many at every meal. And get over to the free weight section of your gym. Nothing burns fat like more muscle. Don't be scared of lifting weights. You are NOT going to get hyooge. There is a wealth of info out there. Yahoo answers is probably not the best place to start. Go here: http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/nutrition/7habits.htm

The myth that six meals are better than three, or two better than three are all just that: myths. The important variable isn't how many times a day you eat, it's your total calorie and carb intake each day. Exercise is important, but be very careful not to exercise so much that you stimulate appetite. That's myth #2, that exercise is an essential component. We all need some exercise, but MANY people have messed up a careful diet by exercising so much they either get 1) discouraged to the point of giving up, or 2) overeating to bring up blood glucose. And above all, remember that your pancreas requires TWO WEEKS to get used to any change in diet. So any significant diet change will feel strange for two weeks. But after that, the glorious resolve occurs and that diet will begin to feel normal.

When I was diagnosed with diabetes, I was referred to a nutritionist. Best thing I ever did and should have done before I had my condition. Join a gym and if you can afford it work with a trainer. The doctor and nutritionist will set up a caloric and food program for you so that you can burn your caloric intake and not gain weight. I know of no one who had to eat 6 meals a day. The trainer will establish a conditioning and work out plan that will build bulk from fat, work your cardiovascular system and make you feel better and more fit.

im physically fit with abs. oh boy! lets see. well, im a runner and i lift weights 5 days a week (not meaning to brag or anything) and i know i need my energy, so i eat larger meals than other people. see if there are any clubs avaliable or any sports that will let you practice with them. or get a running buddy and go run! you dont need abs to be skinny either. most people have a layer of skinny fat over there abs so they never show. just make sure you dont eat fat or that much grain food (cause when you eat it it breaks down chemically into your body and makes fat) and eat healthy like apples and stuff. energy bars are good too. and when you feel adrenalynn(a-dren-a-lynn) (not sure if i spelled that right) , go out there and do something active. so in conclusion, watch what you eat, excerisze, but dont go over the top, you might hurt yourself. hope i helped!
