for most people, 1/2 to 1 inch per month. shampoos and conditioners can NOT speed up the growth of your hair, so don't believe everything you hear. massaging your head, however, can, if only by a 1/2 inch or so

I believe the average is 1/2" a month, but mine grows anywhere from 1" - 1-1/2" a month! It is exciting when I am growing my hair out to be long, and VERY frustrating when I want to keep a cute short do!

Pretty fast now that I don't use chemicals anymore. I get 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch per month.

My hair grows pretty fast actually. In 6th grade it was about to my shoulders and then I never cut it until 8th grade and I cut 13 1/2 in off (for locks of love) and it was a little bit past my chin...So I'd say maybe 4 in every 6months maybe...?

Some of it grows faster than the other. The back out grows the front two to one. I have often wondered. why?
