why do some people think that all mexicans are dark skin , when the truth is that there are more white mexicans than dark skin mexicans and why the hell do people think that just because a person is speaking spanish and has dark skin they are from mexico ? and why do peolpe think that all mexcians are illgeal?

That's what happens when things go wrong.Yes not ALL Mexicans aren illegal but to many are.There are all colors in every country., dark skin , white skin, Yellow skin , Round eyes, Slant eyes, Gray eyes, blue eyes, brown eyes. We make to much fuss over color or where we come from. Just be proud of your homeland. I am very proud to be from America. If I lived in Mexico I would be proud to be a Mexican.

Why is it that most Americans are illiterate? Why is it that America has more poor people than just about any other civilized nation in the world? Why? Because most people are foolish and believe that their local, state and federal politicians are actually working to make life better for them. And the fallacy is that most Americans truly believe this to be true. How many lies can be told by politicians and big business leaders before the average American wakes up and say enough is enough and actually works to change this. Never, because most Americans are lazy and expect somebody else to do it. That is why?

I think its where You are. the less people know about something, the more they fear it. I'm from Texas where, there is a large MEXICAN-AMERICAN community so, its not really thought about that much but , My daughter, lives in TENNESSEE and, there just aren't a lot of MEXICAN-AMERICANS there. I was stunned. the few that I did see had might as well have been from MARS.all of the locals were suspicious of them because when they spoke to each other, it was in SPANISH and, they just knew they were talking about them.

Well, I have learned over the past few years to not judge people by the color of their skin. There are alot of people who do have darker skin and hair and eyes, and they are not from Mexico(which may I say there is nothing wrong with being from Mexico). I think it is just America and how we are so sterotypical about certain races.

I think they have this image since most of Mexico's poor are usually of Indian decent. They are usually around 5'5" and dark skinned. Since they make up the majority of illegals and are the most visible they assume that's what we all look like.
Btw Regulator, some of us do not try to look white. That's just the way we look since a lot of us have some European blood in us. My great grandfather was 100% German so some of his genes traveled down to my generation.

1- there are more illegal Mexicans then legal.
2- there not all from Mexico.
3- if the Spanish speaking person is light skin, then they are true Spaniard and was born in Mexico.. i was told this by a Spanish person. not all Spanish like mixing with a darker skin person then there self's. gee sounds like racism, huh.

We don't. And what does the color of ones skin have to do when it comes to Illegal aliens? But you have to admit the majority of the illegals coming over are from Mexico. I don't see people demanding that we start teaching Russian in our schools, or polish, Chinese, or Thia, or what ever.

Becuase not all people are smart. It's like me asking Why do people hate Bush even though he hasn't done too bad of a job? Why do people think Bush went to Iraq for his own gain? Some people just aren't that intelligent. Keep a distance of at least 10 feet from them becuase i heard stupidity spreads.

Most people in the US subconsciously perpetuate inherently racist ideas because it makes them feel better and safer. Also, it is out of complacency. Many people (not just Americans) are too lazy to educate themselves on the peoples of the world. They are the ones who lose out on knowledge and friends in the end!
