how are you saving it? im not an expert, but i used corel software before (and i hated it so i got microsoft office) but i would have a problem emailing school papers and stuff, so it depends on the conversion software of the recieving computer...try to save in RTF rich text format, and it should come out better...or save it in microsoft word format, (you can do this through workspace manager if you have a newer version of WP) if they are opening it on a computer w/out corel software...if you need more help, ask again, or i think you could im me as well.

I think what you are doing wrong is this you are probably going under save as instead of save because save as will mess up whatever you type.

you might have an old version. If it continues copy all and go into notepad, that might work. If you have your values for the page set up wrong it will continue check your set up

they probably can't read wordperfect, or their copy of Word doesn't read it right.

Get OpenOffice, it's free and lets you make good Word documents.
