If you are considering the sugar content of dried fruit, apricots and cranberries have the lowest levels of sugar. (you can find dried fruit without any added sugar than what is already in the fruit, however cranberries dried by themselves would be almost intolerable in my opinion because they would be sooo tart)
If you are watching calorie and sugar intake, DO NOT EAT BANANA CHIPS, if you have alternatives. Banana chips have the 2nd highest sugar content, next to dates.

Apples, apricots, papaya, pears, and blueberries have the lowest levels of natural sugar, and choosing them would be a smart decision. If you can find pineapple without added sugar (it will say pineapple, sugar, in the ingredients if it has added sugar) then that would be a good decision also.

hope this helps!

I would think any dried fruit would be healthy. don't think one would be any better than the other, unless it actually did contain more sugar.
