below I have attached a workout that i made. I want to lose some good ammoun tof fat and gain some good muscle, if it's good, super!! and if there's something wrong with it, or if you think there could be something done to change it, please tell me what it is and why you think that.
FITNESS SCHEDULE
•Monday – Cardiovascular Walking 30-40 minutes.
•Tuesday – Upper-Body Bowflex Resistance Training.
•Wednesday – Cardiovascular Walking 30-40 minutes.
•Thursday – Lower-Body (Legs, Thighs, etc.) Bowflex Resistance Training.
•Friday – Cardiovascular Walking 30-40 minutes.
•Saturday (Optional) – Upper-Body, Lower-Body, and/or Cardiovascular Training.
•Sunday – BREAK!!

also, i did a 41:51 minute walk today and burned 485 calories and 151 fat calories and walked 2.83 miles
