I finally get up the courage to ask her out..to my surprise she say's yes....that was 3 Month's ago. I really like her and she is very pretty. So we start to date and she talks all the time about her money problems and asked if she could borrow 1000 dollars...I say sure, as of this date she's never mentioned it...then I'm finding all these charges on my credit card...one for her rent $850...that and all the other charges are from her...I asked them about them and she "Oh..I was going to tell ya but I was in a pinch and needed some money and you are so sweet...didn't think you'd mind...I said well there are over 5000 dollars of charges...then she said that I was a real jerk and that I hurt her feelings and now she won't speak to me...so now I'm out 5K (I paid for it all) and I haven't spoken to her in a week...she doesn't even live in the same place. Don't get me wrong she is a very nice girl who made some mistakes...and I don't want to cause a problem for her......what do I do?

If she used your Credit Card without your knowledge or consent then she has committed Credit Card Fraud. You are not responsible for her charges. Call your Credit Card Company and report that she charged on your account with out your consent and they will file charges on her. I guess my question to you would be, Did you add her name to you account? If not, you are not responsible

you need to drop her let go of your feelings for her she is just a golddigger that only wants your money and that is not worht keeping in the relationship. if she paid for all of that stuffon your card then she need to pay it back to you and then you need to need to acknowledge that. you dont need to be with some one that wont be a good match for you.

That was very sneaky to use your credit card like that, I wouldn't trust her. Get rid of her you can find someone better.

How does that saying go... A fool and his money are soon...hmmm. PARTED! Yes, that's it!

By the sound of it, I bet you give her even more before this is through.

Take her to small claims court and get your money back and then never talk to her again. You are getting played.
