Okay so this is the yummiest thing ever.....Ice cream is so fattening and no one wants to be a fatty.....I have found something SO good.....Take Applesauce and chill it for like 30 minutes or less dependin on how cold your freezer is set at or until it is slushy....not frozen so much...it is better slushy and ENJOY a no fat naturally sweet alternative to that disgustingly fattening ice cream!!!! Try it seriously!!!

May I add a suggestion for you? Take a low cal yogurt, like Light N' Fit, and do the same thing. After about a half hour, the outside layer, about a quarter inch in, is solid, another layer within that is quiescent, and the core is just delightfully cold.

I love ice cream...I think I'll stick to that. A long as you don't lay around like a slug constantly & you exercise properly, you won't be a "fatty".

No, but I will. I have some in the freezer, so I'll thaw it, but not completely.... just to try it. Also you might want to try frozen grapes, they are awesome!
