so this is me...

5'2 , female , and 133 lbs

i want to lose some weight! 30 pounds! how to do so?

im looking for something that tells me how much exercize to do for each specific day. easy, can do at home.

also dieting, but not too hard!

thanks. i want to see weight loss by christmas. thats 12 weeks, so 20 pounds?

ARRGH ! some of you guys are not looking at the question! i want something AT HOME no gym stuff! i dont want to buy anything! && i i want somethin for EVERY DAY!

Drink 133 ounces of water a day. Start briskly walking for about half an hour a day and you should lose about 5 pounds in the first week. After that, add weight training with squats, lunges, pushups, ect(exercises using your own body weight). Stop eating anything white(white bread, sugary foods, french fries).After about 3 weeks, start reducing your calorie intake by about 200 calories a day and you will definetely lose 20 lbs by Xmas! This is E-Z walk, run, go to the gym and just work at it for 2-3 hrs a day just stay busy there. Also diet isn't fun but if you want to lose weight then veggies and friut. Give your self one day to eat like a piggy. Mine was on sat. cause of a pizza special. I lost 20 pounds cause i had a goal. not to fit in my pants or a girl do it for your health, live longer and stronger.Don't do it till christmas do it for life.

well i had a baby and i wanted to lose the extra weight. so i didn't eat bread and rice. no fast food. if someone i was with went to fast food place i would order either chicken nuggets or a salad. no burgers.
also at home it was veggies and chicken breast with juice or water no soda nothing carbonated.
and i would work out. do a little cardio and if you want by a dvd of either pilates or something that you might like and work out. no need to waste money on a gym. let me tell you it worked for me. and if really have the will to loose weight you'll do it. try it and good luck. oh and weight yourself every mon. remember no fast food.try salads or something like chicken.

I will tell you what I did to lose 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006. I am using a product called Stack Body Tune Up and an energy drink called Advanced Cell Therapy.

i fell into the same category as you a couple of years ago and this it what i did...
I did a low fat diet and totally got off of sugar
only eat little meals and don't eat when you are not hungry
drink a ton of water each day
i ran a mile everyday (or just as much as i could handle)
and if i didn't run i did tae bo

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

I have found,when I stay on, every second night or so, I am loosing my weight extremely fast.At that time, usually I clean up my mess,for example my paperwork,and place I am living in.
I got no doubt works 100%,or your money back.

Just simply eat healthy foods and stay away from fatty foods and drink mostly water. Just exercise around the house or anywhere or workout at a gym and you'd be fine.

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair
