Can hot weather heal/aggrevate skin conditions? I hate heat what can I do when I go abroad to a hot country?

I always find that when its hot and sweaty I always break out in big spots. My skin and hair in general tends to be more greasy too so i'm sure i'm not the only person to suffer like this.

Its the opposite in cold weather, dry chapped skin thats sore and cracked.

Yes it can
It depends on the skin condition as to what the effect of hot or cold climates will be.
In a hot climate ...shade yourself with loose long sleeved tops preferably made of natural fibres such as cotton, wear a large brim hat and sit under shade as much as possible. Take cooling showers a couple of times a day. Avoid chlorinated water in swimming pools, swim in the sea if possible.

Well, sure, if your skin is oily because youre too hot you can get more acne outbreaks. What can you do in a hot country? Wash more with oil-free cleansers? Use an astringent? Acne meds?

try to stay in AC room as much as possible
