I hire help for my business. Once I receive the W9's from my employees, do I then forward them to the IRS? Any ideas what that address is or where I can find it?
Thx!

Why are you collecting w-9s from your "employees"? It sounds like maybe you don't have employees but have independent contractors and/or commission structures for compensation. And, you only mail in the w-9s under certain circumstances - generally, if you aren't withholding any taxes. The w-9 is used to inform the government that such and such social security number has been provided as the ID of the recipient of various non-wage income.

No mailing is required for IRS Form W-9. Just keep it for your record.

If you mean "I9" instead of "W9", you keep them on file in case Imigration (DHS) wants to see them.
