I work for an appraisal company and I need to know how to say...

-I received an order for an appraisal and I need to get it scheduled.
-For when would you like to schedule your appraisal?

If I were you, I wouldn't trust any of the answers on this forum. You honestly have no clue what some of these translations may actually mean. Some could be horrid jokes or inaccurate translations and you'd run the risk of looking completely unprofessional to your client and the borrower!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you've received an apprasial order from a bank and you are attempting to schedule an appointment with the borrower to inspect the property? It's a little hard to tell where you are in the process (i.e. scheduling an inspection with the borrower vs. negotiating a bid with a client) because you're asking for a translation to "schedule your appraisal." I'm going to assume that mistakenly used "appraisal" instead of "inspection," and you're having difficulty communicating with the borrower to schedule your inspection.

You should inform the bank (your client) that you are unable to communicate with the borrower and see if they have an in-house Spanish translator to help you arrange the inspection and provide translation service during the inspection. If they don't, it'd be in your best interest to hire one on your own (you may be able to negotiate an increase on the fee to cover the additional expense). It'd probably be a good idea to have the translator come with you to the inspection so you can have someone who can speak in the borrower's language if any questions arise during the inspection.
