I dont think its possible to change your orientation just like that. You should go to a psychiatrist and see if you can work out your issues that way,

I do not believe anyone is naturally gay, straight, or even bisexual. I believe we all like a blank slate have the ability to be pan sexual. That means any gender, animal, or object can be the vehicle of our sexual desire.

We do however have much more choice over how we direct our sexuality than many proclaim. The key is it does not happen all at once. It happens over a long period of time in which usually societal ques direct us in the more healthy direction.

However we live in a day and age that the family paradigm has been degraded. But that is another issue all together.

If you want to change first you have to have the desire. You claim to have such so the most important aspect is already in place. From here if you think the most healthy paradigm is a male to female sexual orientation then only focus your sexuality on this area.

If you find yourself becoming aroused by anything else just simply put your mind on something else such as TV, exercise, homework, other thoughts and daydreams. And when you find yourself becoming somewhat aroused by of age girls then by all means allow these feeling to brew a bit.

In time this sexual association will become fully ingrained and you will rarely feel the pull in the other directions you feel are unhealthy. Best of wishes on achieving this goal.

You cannot change your sexual orientation. Ask yourself which sex do you prefer? Answer honestly. There are bi-sexual people also. I know very little about that orientation, except what the name implies. Just be who you are. You will face ignorance and bigotry but you have to be who you are. Maybe counseling by a professional with no religious affiliation would benefit you. check it out. Stay out of a Pastor's office, whatever you do.

Have you accepted Jesus as your savior and received God's Holy Spirit? That's the first step because on our own we don't have much chance of making lasting internal changes. When the Holy Spirit takes up residence in a believer's life He starts the process of transformation and sanctification. Sometimes very quickly but usually gradually He removes the sense of pleasure that sin used to bring to a person and replaces it with a desire to do things which please God our Father.

I suggest that you find a good Bible teaching church in your area and start showing up and listening to the gospel message. If you lived in my area I would invite you to come to the church I attend. http://www.alcf.net

Or you could check out this link and ask Jesus to come into your heart if you feel drawn to do so. http://contenderministries.org/romanroad.php

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle, but while God loves us just the way that we are, He loves us too much to leave us the way we are. I used to be a serious drunkard before becoming a Christian so I can speak from experience. In this passage you will notice at the end that Paul writes "and such WERE some of you".

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Actually, there is a very easy way to change your sexual orientation that most people neglect.

Sex change operation! You get to like the same people but from the opposite side.

If you're not attracted to members of the opposite sex, you just aren't. Personally, I think it's kind of sad that you obviously have self-loathing and contempt for your own sexual mores. Do you want to be straight because that's what you want? Or is it more to fit in? To not be ostracized by family and friends? Or is it because you've been told by religious retards that being attracted to members of the same sex is sinful? I mean, if you like guys, you like guys. What's the big deal? Why deny yourself?

Come back in another life as a straight person if you want it so badly.
For now, you are gay. Accept yourself if you want to make any progress at all.

Changing one's sexual orientation is not easy, but it can be done. You will need lots of support, & a high amount of motivation.

Supposedly this guy has not only made the change, but effectively helps others do it, too. He is highly controversial, but I've seen him interviewed on tv a few months back & he seemed sincere. They interviewed one of his clients, too, & he says the guy helped him change his sexual preference from gay to straight.
