if your hair is already dyed but its been like two months can you highlight it with frost & Glow or whatever its called? or how long do u have to wait???

It would be best if you colored your outgrowth with the same color you used previously. This way you don't get 2 different color highlights. Because your new hair that has grown out has not been thru any kind of process and is probably a slightly different color then the highlight will be a different color an inch from your scalp (2 months growth) then it will be on the rest of your hair. Trust me.

If it's been that long, it should be okay. Just keep an eye on it because the dye that you already have in your hair may effect what color the highlights come out. But as far as safety and health, it should be fine.

Two months is long enough. Your hair should be fine. It for some reason it isn't then I suggest you get some deep conditioning. But don't worry, I've never had a problem after two months.

you probably won't get an even highlite.It'll go lighter on the hair with no color on it and be a different color on the rest of it,you will need a toner to even out the colored highlites,assuming the hi lite kit you bought lightens up the precolored hair and its not too damaged,,good luck.

You should wait a month. seen as it's two months. You are good to go.

yes you can highlight it right after if your hair is not damaged.
