if there are spaghetti hating sauces inside the fridge do not put them too close when you close the door the others might push him and spill him all over the fridge. sometimes it can survive a brutal attack from the mustard or the mayo.

Open jar but with lid on I presume. Well I have kept mine for 2 weeks before I started getting white fuzzies on the sides. :)

it depends on the kind of preservatives used and also depends on the temperature setting in your fridge.
most likey I would give it approximately a month if the jar is open.

if you bought pre made one like the ones in a jar, it should last 1 week, but if you made fresh one from tomatoe cans and stuff, may be 2days. Alfredo might last little bit longer since its all cheese?
