Yes. It is off the beaten track of some of the bigger resort stops. But you can do all the same things. Just check on google for "Belize resorts".

Go to San Pedro, is an Island close to Belize City,
there's a relax atmosphere, is beautiful,
Drink Rum-Punch and listen to reggae
Don't expect it to be fancy.
