I am 17 and I find all the best deals for hotels in Kurashiki Japan are at the Business hotels. Am I allowed to stay there or are they only for people on busieness...

Why do they call it a buiseness hotel?

It just means that they cater to business travelers rather than families and vacationers. But a bed's a bed. I'm sure they'd be happy to take your money.

You can stay at any Business Hotel in Japan. They are called business hotels because they try to cater to that specific segment. It is more of a marketing term than anything.
