I just recently reduced my food intake, (not 'starving myself') I can't find time to eat a whole lot. But I'm not losing any weight. Reduced calories=weight loss.
Yes, I get the whole 'calories in=calories out' deal, but usually I drop weight like this.
Why am I not?

I was having the same problem. My solution was to increase your physical activity as well. If you are already exercising or very active, try varying your routine.

Take little snack things with you, which they can still be healthy foods. Fruit bars, wheat thins, or pack some fruit. You definetly need to eat breakfast, and eat more small meals earlier in the day. You should be eating something about every 4 hours.

if you do this alot your body has adapited to it, try changing to where you eat a different meal than say lunch instead of breakfast because your body will get use to it and will start taking out the same amount as it does when you are eating 3 times a day . also try excersing while doing this and eat fruit rather than veges.

You may need to supplement your diet with Stack Body Tune Up. I've lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006. You might need some proteins to help burn fat.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

your body is probably in survival mode where it burns less calories in order to conserve more energy. My advice is to eat a proper amount every day and exercise a bit more.
