Don't be so damn cheap and nosey. Just give him the 50 cents and assume he knows what he is doing, you've got to let go at some point.

Your cat has a Disease called " Moving Cat Syndrome". The cat will want to go to sea one day and go to kansas the next. Also there is a possibility of him buying a few drinks every now and then. i would suggest a shrink and maybe some new cat litter. lol
