Yes it is fine to feed either cooked or raw. If feeding cooked it is best if it is boiled instead of fried so most of the fat is removed. Hamburger is one of the recommended foods when a dog needs to be put on a bland diet.

Yes you can give them cooked hamburger, but in reasonable amounts. Make sure all the fat is drained and it does not contain alot of seasoning. If your dog is not used to eating "people food" that contains alot of fat such as hamburger, your dog can get Pancreatitis which is very painful to them and requires a vet visit!

People food is never good for dogs; it can cause stones in their stomach and vital organs. With the exception if your dog has a stomach ailment, you can feed them boiled hamburger mixed with rice. (The boiling assures that all the fat comes out of it.) If you are going to do this, be sure to call your vet and tell them how much your dog weighs before you feed them. My dog is 38 lbs, and the vet told me to give her 1 pound of boiled hamburger and about ¼ cup of rice.
But try to feed it to the dog in 2 smaller feedings or they will chow it down and get sick.

Yes , as long as it hasn't been overly seasoned, especially with salt. Fastfood not as good as homecooked without adding anything, Read ingredients on preformed patties. The "beef" on the label may have a lot of dye, flavorings, and soy protein mixed in. I have no idea if you can give dogs Beano to cut down on flatulence, but you'll wish you could feeding them soyburger. We had a mutt once that stole a breakfast burrito once. Beans, cheese and eggs together create a smell that clears a room faster than a skunk with its tail up!
This cur parked his butt by our boxfan's intake after he got the first whiff, dousing the whole party in his stench. He paid dearly in the END [literally] the next day because that burrito was covered with hot sauce! He was howling and dragging his sorry butt on the grass for hours!

My grandmother breed Miniture Pinchers, and she fed them boiled hamberger with a little salt in it as a treat. They all survived. There are also cookbooks for dogs.
