Yes, I agree. I think the Media shouldn't be so into extremists because they pretty much won't me a harm rather than a country like North Korea comes and tests their nuclear bombs on someone or even else.
Another thing I find weird is the fact that everyone in America and Worldwide get their info right from TV. TV does not always say what is actually happen. If it were then it would be saying "100% truthfully, accurate and right" rather making some lies in it which is found in every media around the world.
I would rather believe in a media without any hatred or mean comments on people because they are good and bad in every person regardless of faith and ethnicity.
The worst thing is that nowadays so many Muslims are going mad, they think ALL are. Why couldn't they not be rascist and so ignorant because no one is innocent.

Well, there has always been this 'oxygen of publicity' debate - I think Mrs T brought it up about the IRA.
Trouble is, when you ignore unacceptable behaviour, there is always an escalation before they get the message,
Besides, how do you persuade a [sarcasm] free press [/sarcasm] to stop reporting major events? Gag the fourth estate of freedom? Surely not!

The media choose to give all sorts of groups the oxygen of publicity. Without it, there would be little point in carrying out terrorist acts, for example. So, it is the medias fault.

Yes I agree! Since NK announced it's nuclear test the only people that have heard about Hugo Chavez are the idiots he spoke with last night.
Come to think about it, I haven't heard about Amadjinedad all day.

There used to be a rule in pubs that you never spoke of Football, religion and politics perhaps that should be the case with the media.
What would they talk about them eh? - sex and celebrities?

I think you may have a point. If no one publicized the Jihad, then there would be no point to it. Terrorists need air time to function and Jihads only work if you know there is a Jihad.
