Talk to the store manager, some stores actively seek your input as to what you would like to see on the shelf. They don't want to stock items only a few people will buy, so the more people that request your item the more likely they will put it on their shelves.

I learned some time ago that companies pay for shelf space in the stores. So even if you ask for a product, if the company that makes it doesn't pay to have it stocked you'll be out of luck. You might want to start by contacting the bagel company and ask why they're not available in your store.

go to Customer Service and Ask for A Manager. Tell them That you have a suggestion for a Product they should start selling and then Tell them what it is. :)
