because we just had diabetes thrown into our family I can honestly say I don't think that there is any one food that has the most carbs...we have been doing a massive amount of label reading and going through the New Better Homes & Garden cookbook (they list all the nutrition stuff at the bottom of each reciepe) to find things with low carbs...

We have found out that there is an instant oatmeal that only has about 1 1/2 carbs for one serving, that low fat does not mean low carbs, that you have to read absolutley EVERY label even for drinks, cheese is a great low carb filling snack and banana's arn't so great for diabetics...and alot of the reciepes in the South Beach Diet are great and low carb.
