Yes I see a plus. The U.N. may finally stop bitching and do something productive in world affairs because of this.

China just lost any hope it had of getting Taiwan. Why, because Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea are now feeling the pressure to develop their own nuclear deterrent, and they are all very capable of building nuclear weapons.

Not that that is good overall, but at least China won't get Taiwan.

Oh yes, another thing is that this brings an enormous amount of pressure to other world leaders to condemn Iran and seriously consider real means of preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.

No. They have always been a bigger threat than Iraq. If anyone believes this test was harmless, just like Iran, I have some swampland in FL to sell you.
