Im goign to be president of the european club. But there has to be other people involved three other positions such
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
what are these people supposed to do? Can you give me any examples? would a vice president show maps, books, ask questions, or teach? any ideas are good.

president usually has executive powers ~ I.E. they must authorize actions the club will take in the name of the club(but the role can be various)
"voice in action" has final say CEO
vice-president is usually a "stand in" or replacement when the president isn't available ~but may have other responsibilities of office.
secretary ~ usually takes minutes and handles information intake and outtake, communication etc.. (clerk, etc..)
"information handling" CIO
tresurer ~ handles economy (the treasures) this is financial monitoring...
"manages the system of wealth" CFO
it gets more indepth... depending on wether this is a for profit corporation or a not for profit group etc..
there may be laws to follow etc..
there may be sub branches etc.. etc..
