Looking specifically for American chains- McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, Applebee's, Friday's, etc.
Store locators aren't being very cooperative so far.
I'm visiting my girlfriend in St. Kitts and would like to pick up some of the food she misses for her during my layover.

There is a McDonald's in the airport. I Don't recall what else.
But we did eat at McDonalds there once.

you can forget about getting any of this in PR
wath you need to do is to buy the ehing that she like and froze them (pizza) and get take little cooler with you to carry them
ST Kitts customs are very particular
