If he doesn't trust women, then why is he hanging out with you? To me, that is a ploy for some men to try and control women by making them feel sorry for them. Why should you take on the burden of overcoming his miss-trust. All you can be is yourself...and none of us are perfect.

He has to accept you for yourself...and leave his past girlfriend woes behind.

You need to let him know that all woman is not alike, and that it appears that he has had some bad experiences with woman. but that you are not like that, tell him he has a trust issue, and that he has to learn how to deal with it, because if he does not , it is going to get in the way of his relationships with woman, he has to learn to trust. And if he can't deal with it on his own, then he needs to go and get help, from a therapist, or coulselor!

Why do you care? Stay away from him..

If you want him to date you, then I suggest that you give him reason to trust you as a friend. Then allow the relationship to progress naturally.

You can't force him to change his mind, he has to do that on his own.

If this guy doesn't trust a women....then probably that last women that he was with, cheated on him or something.
just talk to him....and ask him why he doesn't trust you...and tell him your not like those other girls.

W/ acceptance, "I understand you .... What / how can I act to make it easier for you?"
Eventually, you may make it to, "What/how can I act so you trust me?"
If this is related to dating, time and love will overcome it. If this is related to childhood, then therapy will speed recovery.
