eat a lot and sit all the time. Eat carbs and chocolate then go to sleep

Eat extra protein and do a few bulking exercises. Make sure the weight you gain is muscle, not fat. But remember you need a little fat too.

Muscle weight, water weight, crap weight, fat weight.
Take a pic which one do you want to gain weight?
m,uiscle weight.. lift weights.. get protein
water weight, drink water
crap weight, eat alot of foods
fat weight, eat alot of junk food

i want to lose weight.. but it's not really working.. =(
well, i don't know why i gained weight when i don't eat at right time and don't have enough rest / sleep...
