I'm 14 and 5'4" I weigh 140 pounds and i've heard a myth that running on pavement gives you growth stunts.

running on concrete will give you shin splints which are extremely painful. its when your muscle is actually tearing from your bone due to running on hard surfaces for long periods of time. it doesn't stunt your growth at all.
