I always feel tired around 6-7 pm each day, even when I get 8-9 hours of sleep. My mom gets 6 hours, and she never feels tired. Sometimes, I feel like falling asleep. I used to get blurred vision and be lightheaded, sometimes a bit dizzy. My doctor says I have enlargened adenoids, and I have a had a stuffy nose for 3 years now(no joke), and I get infections easily. I have postnasal drip ALL the time, and it seems like I have allergies since my infection symptoms(yellow discharge, coughing) get worse in the cold seasons. However, I have had swollen glands near my jaw for at least a year now. They're always there, and my throat really hurts occasionally.

Could I be diabetic? Oh God....I hope not. I eat so much, and I DO gain weight. I think I gained 2-3 pounds within the last month from binge eating. Is eating a lot a symptom of a serious condition? I think it's more psychological than physical as the why I eat so much; I get that empty feeling.

It sounds like you need to go to an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat doctor). They are specialists in this field. They will be able to help you with everything. More than likely the reason you are so tired is because you're not getting good rest at night due to your other symptoms, possibly you have sleep apnea (you'll need a sleep study test for this).

Does your mom know all this? If so, why aren't you seeing another doctor? This is something that can be addressed and fixed with medication. Have them check your blood sugar also, as elevated blood sugar can make it very hard to get rid of an infection (diabetics are so prone to it that it's one of the symptoms!) If your mom can't or won't help you, talk to the school nurse! It's important. Your health is serious.

i would say go to your doctor and if he is like my old one and says you are fine then go to another for help and see if there are any medications you could take or maybe go to the hospital to see what's wrong with you the hospital has awesome people and you'll be healthy again hopefully
