I eddited 4 files from my documents, they now say psf. Then , windows wont open this file Why?

Rename them to something that says picture.. like .jpg or .gif.. see if that works... you may have the extension wrong... what did you save them with.. make sure you have them named correctly.. with the correct file extension..

If you edited with Photo Shop then you saved it in that format. Or you saved it in the format of the program you used.
Re-open the photo in the program you used to edit it and EXPORT it in a gif, jpeg or what you want it to be, then windows will open it.

.psf is a portable sound format. Not a pic
