that used to be my prob.. untill one time i try to wake up 30 mins earlier than the usual time i get up then i go jogging every morning for a week then when i saw the changing i just keep on doing it till now and i feel alot stonger than ever.. (",)

Exercise in the morning while breathing deeply.
Drink green tea.
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up
Eat something small (like a few almonds, or cut veggies) in between your meals
Never eat aftyer 7:00 pm
Do about 15 minutes of weight bearing excercises everyday, working a different muscle group each day.
Those should do it. I know people who've lost weight just by doing these, and no other changes.
