Congrats sweetie....

Rice bake:

chicken or turkey, cubed (precooked)
cream of anything soup
rice
broccoli
cheddar cheese

Mix all with a little milk if too thick, and freeze.

I have a ton of casserole recipes in my answers section, please browse.

But I also have some suggestions. Keep food that is EASY to get made around. This list of indredients is a time saver:

Precooked chicken strips
bagged salad
pasta, easy to cook
rice, easy to cook
sauces in jars (spaghetti, plum, duck, soy, any oriental or mexican sauce, peanut, be creative)
bags of ready cut veggies
salad dressing (Italian)
canned beans (lima, butter, chickpeas)

You can have those handy and have a salad, make pasta and add veggies and dressing and have pasta salad in a minute.

You can drain beans add dressing and chilll, great lunch.

For freezing, try chili:

1 pound ground round
1 packet mild chili mix
red and green peppers
1 can tomato sauce
some water
salt and pepper (optional)

There are no onions and no real hot spices to bother the baby if breast feeding. You caouls add beans if you want, depends on baby and tolerance and all that.

Buy bags of frozen bisquits and have hot bisquit sandwiches, keep cold cuts around and cheese or eggs and bacon and sausage that is mocrowable. So you have DIFFERENT sandwiches that are easy.

I hope this was helpful.

Cook some rice, saute some chicken and broccoli or whatever you like, mix it with condensed mushroom soup and a little milk (and some grated cheese if you like), plus whatever seasonings you like (I would add nutmeg, pepper, parsley, chives, garlic and a little oregano). Throw it into a casserole, cover and freeze. Also, lasagna is good for that sort of thing.
